It started as a high school, Ava even had an school girl outfit instead of a secretary, but as Pervy said, one must take some precautions. The dev plans to release this on steam after all and is mostly getting funded through Patreon.
Black people can get an effect out of tanning and Cara is definitely light brown enough, that you would be able to notice the effect, even though it would be less than if a lighter skinned person did it.
Because the dev is stuck with vanilla garbage and the sex scenes are extremely poor. Where is anal, where is bondage? Nowhere on site.

Yep. Did that. And never showed she was pregnant or anything. I thought it just wasn't implemented yet.
after this change -> End the current pregnancy (10 - 13 days) and impregnate her again

The pregnant women won't appear in the open world. They stay at home, but you can still summon them and she how they have progressed. Kids don't and will not appear. It is a porn game and some people iffy with babies in such a game, so the developer isn't risking it. Your kids will be a number in the day care and they can generate xp or money for you.
