Sadly no, we stopped capital punishment in 67, he will do a stretch in jail in segregation surrounded by his peers and other sex offenders, such is our system of punishment.

We can think of many ways to punish these predators but I think we should be more civilised and just lock the fuckers up and make them work for any privilege, no fucking luxuries, no TV, radio all they should get free is food and water and that should be a balanced diet of the minimum calories needed to survive, Anything else is a luxury and as to be earned through work.
Also as they claim it is not a choice but a genetic anomaly then the sentence should be life as they are always going to be dangerous to children.

 

I think the two most revealing statements in the article are the following:-

Unfortunately these monsters don't have the word 'paedophile' stamped on their brow and the very nature of their activity makes them "pleasant and caring" so as not to frighten their victims.

Unfortunately friends and relatives are unwilling to believe that such a person could be a predator and will give them the benefit of the doubt. How long had these warnings been going on for? Perhaps the warnings weren't strong enough. Maybe it is for the best that they weren't as he has now been caught. He was charged with attempted rape. If he had heeded the warnings he might eventually have gone on to actual rape.

Let's see what sentence he gets on Tuesday.

This is supposed to be a serious crackdown against paedophiles. In a few months time they will be at it again. Don't suppose we will ever hear about the teachers, doctors, youth workers and police officers who were "taken out of positions of trust". Why weren't they locked up?

Human rights are for humans. This is not just some sick fucker who got caught giving into his uncontrollble sick desires. This was a super villian who had a whole plan designed to maximize his yield. Throw the book at him. Impose the maximum penalties. Afford him the minimum protection.

Unfortunately the "Declaration of Human Rights" only deals with one side of the matter. It should have been called "Declaration of Human Rights and Obligations" with obligation no 1 "The Respect of Others' Human Rights".

Had this been thought out properly at the start we wouldn't have the sick situation where terrorists claim that all westerners, be they politicians or ordinary citizens, are equally guilty and deserve to die and then, when they are caught, complain about violation of their human rights because they were forced to watch porn films.

The Declaration of Human Rights needs to be rewritten from top to bottom.
