TCL 60 XE NxtPaper 5G

The $200 TCL 60 XE NxtPaper 5G was unveiled just before CES 2025 and is set for a US release later this year. When it arrives, it will include a physical button for switching between a traditional phone display and its Max Ink Mode, which allows the phone's screen to mimic an e-reader. This includes modes for black-and-white and color publications and optimizations like silencing notifications.

The $600 OnePlus 13R also made its international debut on Tuesday. Samsung's micro LED smartwatch display concept

MicroLED displays are already available in televisions, but what about smartwatches? Samsung Display is showing off a smartwatch concept that uses MicroLED display technology to show off the possibility of a watch with a very bright screen compared to current smartwatches.

This MicroLED concept is a watch with just under 4,000 nits of brightness, higher than the 3,000-nit Apple Watch Ultra 2 and the Pixel Watch 3's 2,000-nit display.
