What's the purpose of this thread if its not related to the critique I've given the mods.

And I've been really clear about that. Its nothing personal against eljs. I think all our mods with the exception of Piggit are proving to do a shit job.

They all look the same to me so I'm just trying to figure out what makes Incubus' thread any different, because otherwise I think its just discrimination in favor of Incubus in this instance.

Which is fine. We all know the mods and administration can do whatever they want and we have no rights or even expectations.

No I'm saying that in this instance Incubus gets special dispensation and I've already linked what I'm basing that on above this.

The purpose is for Ej to show you what she is accountable for, to show you how much work she has done on your behalf, t oshow you she does not sit in the mods chatroom drinking coffee and eating chocolate chip cookies, to let you know she has earnt her pay for the work she did today, oops scratch the last one it is volunteer work.

How do you know piggit is doing a good job, she pops up once every two months, she made one statement to you and the baller, and that is a good job, well go figure, I will phone my manager once a month then tell her what she wants yo hear and that should entitle me to a pay rise. (Not that believe I Piggit is poor job)

There is no way the mods can find out who, if anyone, messed with ballers AV, and if they are doing such a lousy job you apply for it, then hand pick yourself a few across the time zones to help you.

The one Incubus posted is asking a serious question, whereas rating an AV or TPBM or Would you honestly... or Does the person above you.. etc are all frivolous. How does that sit with you.
You make it sound like a shock to the system that you have no rights in this forum, it is a business not a democracy, it gets rather tiresome when US citizens cry out for the Bill of Rights in here, it doesn't apply it is a private playground that you are allowed to play in at no cost to yourself apart from your time a computer and your ISP bill, they even let you see free porn, how cool is that, so much better than the high school debating club, all they offered was a soda some cookies and maybe the chance to carry Mary Beth's books for her.

And (go check yourself) all I did was ask a very simple question.

Because I've not only had the chance to observe Piggit for years, I watched her step into Baller16 threads and take the first responsible actions of a moderator in that entire thread as far as I'm concerned.

She didn't make a statement by my recollection. What I remember is that Piggit was the first moderator to come on the thread and instead of saying something she asked questions.

She didn't already have her mind made up.

Its getting pretty hard to separate your accusations from your own actions Richief.

Our current moderators did not even bother to ask. Smcaaphd confirmed in less then 3 minutes it was no violation of the rules as far as she was concerned whether someone, even possibly a mod, did it or not.

Eljs; I'll owe her an apology if she ever contacted Baller16 to see what his complaint is, what happened and when.

Tell here that if she did that and you see her. But if you don't or can't don't try to tell me that's doing a good job as a moderator.

Because you're supposed to be a moderator and an a moderator in my opinion should be fair, unbiased, and fact oriented.

And to be even more clear I disagree in the strongest terms that if someone's avatar is changed without their knowledge and belief that is a PRIVATE MATTER.

Which is what I've been saying all along. You've got the titles of mods but you get to be members first and not have any responsibilities beyond that.

Well, me being me had nothing to do with it, Monkey. See, you've never had a real relationship with a woman, so I'll try to explain it to you. Leila and I had known each other for a long time (longer than you've had hair on your worthless balls) and we'd had our ups and downs. While I was home on vacation we reconnected. Was it the wisest thing to do? Probably not. She'd just gotten out of a long relationship and probably wasn't ready for a new one, but it doesn't really matter at this point.

I didn't find out that I was to be a father until after I was back in Korea and once I did there was no question that I would come back and we'd be a family. But–and this part is the hardest part for someone like you to imagine, I'm sure–our hopes aren't always realized.

Well, of course you do because you don't actually know anything about it. See, Monkey, what happens when too people attempt to come together under stressful circumstances is that it doesn't always work out. While Leila and I had a wonderful couple of weeks together while I was home on vacation, that doesn't mean that it will translate into a long-term relationship just because we want it too. There are adult problems that come in to it which I wouldn't expect you to understand since you're still trapped in Junior year of high school. Had BabyShake not been conceived, we most likely never would have attempted to have a relationship. We'd tossed the idea around a bit, to see if it would work out, but having a baby pretty much took that decision away from us and put us in a situation that we wouldn't have chosen for ourselves. It's one thing to have an unplanned pregnancy while you're actually together, it's another to do it in a situation like ours. But we both did the best we were able to do.

Earning and saving money takes time Monkey. I'm surprised I'd have to even say this but look who I'm talking to. The kid who has never had to earn it! But I'm set to go back in July at the end of my current contract and start school in the fall '11 semester.

I talk to BabyShake every single weekend via webcam. It's not ideal and I miss him every day but the choice I made to come here was so that I could help ensure that I would be a stable figure in his life growing up. A made a very hard decision that has real grown-up consequences with the understanding that it would be difficult and it would require a lot of sacrifice and it would cause a lot of pain. But a hard choice was what was needed.

I needed a new career path and to do that, I needed to be retrained in a new career. School costs money. Living on your own costs money. Paying child support costs money. Buying food costs money. Buying gas costs money. Everything costs money. Again, you don't know anything about this because you've never, for even a day in your life, been on your own. Not once. I needed enough money that I could afford to go to school and still live and still help Leila with BabyShake. The best way to do all of those things was for me to come back to Korea where I can make enough money to not only save up and pay for school outright but also pay more than I'm required in child support to make sure that in this time away, Leila has everything she needs for BabyShake.

And, here's another shock to your little Monkey brain: When people go through a difficult break-up, there are strong emotions that go both ways. You're angry, you're said, you're happy, you're depressed, you're repentant, etc. Adult situations, Monkey. One day you might get to experience them. So in those first few weeks I was a mess. I ranted a bit. But Leila and I have a decent relationship right now. It takes time to get over hurt feelings in a situation like that but we both did what we had to do for BabyShake and now, after I'm done talking to him on our weekly chats, we often spend a few minutes catching up and joking about something. We aren't getting back together, but we're not on guard with each other anymore. We both realized that the best thing for BabyShake was for us to get along and we both did what we needed to to make that happen.

Now, I could have let this stay deleted and claimed it as personal info but it's somewhat public knowledge and it wouldn't be here had I or Leila not revealed different parts about it in our time here. So I can't really get upset about it. But also, there's no reason to get upset about it despite the fact that you are attempting to talk about things that you really have no idea about. Sure, I could get angry about your attempt to use my personal life to attack me, but why? You're no different then a child and you don't hit ignorant children, you educate them. (You can tell you father that for me if you want. Perhaps had he been some kind of decent father, you wouldn't still be living in his house, unemployed and a college drop-out at age 22.)

You actually haven't a clue about the goings on between Leila and I or the relationship I have with my son but choose to instead attempt to twist it to get back at me for simply pointing out the truth of your situation. I want it to stay in your post because I want people to see how you behave when faced with your own reality.

Relationships are hard, Monkey. They don't work sometimes even when you really want them to and even when there is a child involved. But what separates the adults from the children is how we handled that hardship when the time comes. You, on the other hand, are completely ill-suited to do just about anything so I expect all this is meaningless to you. I didn't have to explain any of this to you but I did to point out just what a fucktard you are and just how low you will go. While I have mentioned your family life before, I haven't done so in a very long time because I recognized a line and decided it was beneath me to cross it. I keep my comments about you.

So I told Jamie to go ahead and put it back in your post. Because I want people to see the depths that you'll go to in order to try and settle a score. I like that you said it.

Jamie by the time Baller16 accused AZRIEL of being the mod that changed Avatar smcaaphd had already pretty much it didn't matter who did it it wasn't against the rules so it doesn't matter.

And personally when I think of someone that would actually to into someone elses account and be vindictive enough and spiteful enough to do something like change someone's avatar to Duche yeah AZRIEL comes to my mind too.

And one more thing it is the action of you, and your fellow moderators with the exception of Piggit that demonstrates to me its who that matters not what.

You know, Ejls I think does a fine job... Hell I think all the mods do a fine job They never bug me, and if I have a problem or question... Usually they get back to me eventually, but then the house is never on fire so I don't really need them to respond with ridiculous quickness. Az makes me laugh and Ejls is always thoughtful.

as for Baller and Stumbler the forums would need much less flame retardant material without them but they keep things interesting even if arguing with them is much like arguing with a pile of bricks or a tree stump, and I think that's okay I just wish they would stop crying, it gets a bit annoying. Perhaps they had their senses of humor surgically removed at birth who can say.
