Google has just taken the wraps off its suite of new phones, including the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL and new Pixel 9 Pro Fold. The whole lineup is up for preorder on Google's Pixel store now, with US prices starting at $799 for the base Pixel 9. Here's how much the phones will set you back and which funky colors you can get them in.
Pixel 9 price
The base model of the Pixel 9 comes with 128GB of storage and will set you back $799 (£799, AU$1,349). It's the cheapest way of getting into Google's new phones. Want more storage? The 256GB model will cost $899.
The Pixel 9 comes in four colors: peony (a hot pink), wintergreen (a soft sort of spearmint), porcelain (an off-white) and obsidian (just plain black). Personally, it's got to be peony all the way -- life is too short for boring-looking phones.
Pixel 9 Pro and Pro XL price
The Pixel 9 Pro now comes in two sizes, with the Pixel 9 Pro now being the smaller option, with a 6.3-inch display. It starts at $999 (£999, AU$1,699) with 128GB of storage, but can be had with 256GB for $1,099, 512GB for $1,219 or 1TB for $1,449.
The Pro XL, with its larger 6.8-inch screen, starts at $1,099 for 128GB of storage, which you can increase to 256GB for $1,199, 512GB for $1,319 or 1TB for $1,549.
Colors for the Pro range include the same porcelain and obsidian as the base Pixel 9, but a softer version of the pink called rose quartz and a gray-green hue called hazel.
Pixel 9 Pro Fold price
Finally, we have the foldable model, which continues to be the most expensive model in Google's lineup. The phone comes with 256GB of storage as standard and will cost $1,799 (£1,749, AU$2,699). Double the storage to 512GB and the price shoots up to $1,919. Ouch.
The 9 Pro Fold comes in just two colors: obsidian and porcelain. No fancy pink tones for foldable lovers, it's business all the way.
